Best rod for pushing minnows

Wow....I knew there were several different kinds, weights, etc., but had NO idea it was THAT specific. I need to get ME up to speed. I could barely follow the techno advise given here....all good, too. I fish with 14 and 16 Ozarks, I think med heavy (?), and wouldn't know a lite bite from a regular bite. I just try to catch fish. Lord, I need to get out more!!!

If you are po like me , I can't afford different sets of poles, so I just use what I think is the best all purpose pole for ''MY'' fishing. That's why I fish the pst's...:fish

And that was my question.....Any from the responses, the PST's are the answer for one pole for all.

I can agree....i had bgjps and capps and coleman....I now have the PST's and thats what I will be sticking with as it is a rod that will do it all for me...push cranks, pull cranks, spider rig minners with 1/2 oz or even up to 3 oz if i wanna power troll.....all while still allowing me to see light bites.....Im not nearly as experienced as the majority on here but for me I could only afford one set of poles and the PST's are the ticket for me

Word from B & M folks is that they have a new trolling rod coming for power trolling with heavier weights. This came from a friend that is sponsored by B & M. I received a 2017 catalog a few days ago but I didn't see a new trolling rod offering in it, so not sure when they will be available.

I can finally get rid of my Crappiemaxx rods if they do. I definitely a BnM guy!!!!!

The Crappiemaxx rods have served me VERY WELL tho. I'm happy with them. Only thing is, they don't sell tips for them. Only broke one in all the years I've used them and the Wally version of the Tightline Specials however.

I also reminded you that I have a new born baby and didn't have any idea when I'd be able to, I haven't been fishing much less take the time to drive to Batesville, if you'd like to drive to baldwyn I'd be glad to trade
