40k payout with 100 boats. 20k payout with 50. Boat is guaranteed by Ranger.

50 boats x 400.00 = 20k
50 x 25 = 1250.00 for Big Fish.

It will be interesting to see how this works out in March. My guess is they will have a good turnout at Grenada. We all know Grenada is a great Spring lake (although scheduled a little early in the year) and when word gets around about the amount of the payouts, it should set up Sardis in June to be a blast. Apparently they determined that $425 is within reach of most traveling anglers (but still painful) that would allow for some significant prize money for those who take the chance. I expect to see wraps from all over the South at our local bait shops on tournament weekends.
