    I use Minnows a lot. I don't always power troll a road runner and a tube. Sometimes I power troll Meatgetter Minner Critters and a minnow like we did at Grenada to finish well in the MCC championship. I also use Minnows on a jig and tube for power trolling.

    I prefer my bait alive!!!! I can slow it down and/or change speeds and direction and still get movement from the bait. In my experience, live bait is a must. Dead bait just won't catch near as many unless it's one of those days when the fish will hit a rock or anything you put in front of them.

    The speed has no effect on the Minnows. They swim faster than 1mph on their own. Power trolling
