I have a question for the MS board!

I'm coming down there 1st week of Oct, staying at Tunica and wanting to get in a day of fishing! Which is the closest lake to look at going to and a guide for a day? Thanks for any info!

Sardis....PM or call Feelay ( Carl Painter) for guide......look at MS Crappie Guide sticky at the top of MS page....he has a ad there with contact info. Or just click here.... http://www.crappie.com/crappie/missi...uides-listing/ Sardis will be closest....another 30 minutes you can be at Enid...or go a little further you can be at Grenada. All of the guides on the Mississippi Guide Thread are good. I have fished with Feelay and he is good and is a lot of fun to fish with and has a great boat.

Tunica cutoff and butla are right there by Tunica. They could be hit or miss that time of year. Sardis will be the next closest.

Like the others said, I would call Feelay, set my date and let him pick the lake. He is going to know which one is the best at that time.
