I was always a twin outboard guy myself. In my big triton I had them install separate fuel tanks too, one for each engine. Nothing like a little redundancy for peace of mind. I used to guide offshore blue water trips and I know too well how quickly the seas can build when your not paying attention. Of course I ran a 54' Hatteras. Great trip, and great catch!
