    Default Big Momma this weekend

Have been trying to find out some info on this tournament and can't find much. Does the 100$ entry fee enter you into the big fish and also the the 7 fish weight? What time can you start fishing? What is the payout for the 7 fish weight?

Here is what I know, 100 bucks for the Big Moma Tourney, 100 bucks for the regular MCC tourney and if you fish the regular MCC tourney then one member of your team must be a member of MCC, 50 bucks. If you are only fishing the Big Moma tourney then no membership is required as it is an open tourney.

I was told the only open tourneys were the Big Momas themselves, like you say, call and be sure, if I was fishing it that is what I would do.

Big mama is an open tourney, no membership required. registration is at Academy Sports in Flowood from 4-6 PM. 1 fish is all you weigh.
For the other tourney, one member has to be a registered MCC member and that fee is separate and 7 fish total weight.

Rere is correct. To help ease y'all minds I emailed brad Taylor, the current president of MCC. Below is his reply.

    Dee

Glad to hear from you. If you planned on fishing both events- Big Mama and MCC regular tournament- it would be $250.00( $100 for Big Mama-$100 for MCC tournament and a $50 membership). If you ONLY wanted to fish the Big Mama it would be only $100.

Yes you can launch from any ramp you like. Must be in weigh-in line at Academy Sports in Flowood BY 3:00

    Brad
