Missed the part about color earlier. I really depends on the water color/clarity. If the water is good and brown your going to have to use orange/chartreuse, yellow/chartreuse, or even black/chartreuse if it's real dirty. If the water is clearing up pretty good natural colors are the key. White based colors in clearer water. Straight chartreuse if it has a little stain to it. Color is very variable to me personally. Depends on water color, water temp, water clarity, and a bright or cloudy day.
