Good afternoon fellows, I have a 14' Larson aluminum V hull, took out the bench seats and put a plywood floor in, very stable, sturdy, heavy.
There are no USCG tags inside to reference on what size outboard the boat is rated for.
I'm curious if anyone has had one of these boats or know of someone who has and can give me a general idea what size outboard would be safe. PS
I'm not a speed freak, just want to get there safely.

I have a 10hp mercury with gas tank that should work fine. Came off a 15' jon boat. I will let it go cheap.

Think it's going to depend on how wide and how deep it is. I would guess from 10-25 and no more than the 25.
