If Sardis.....Engineer Pt. at the Dam.
From Batesville you can go to Sardis, Enid, Butla, or Grenada. You can get to any of them in less than an hour, and the first two in 20 minutes or so.

I would pic whichever lake is ON at the time. That's why Batesville is the best place to start from. Gives you the best location to fish em all. Easy to move from there if one of the farther lakes is Hot.

My schedule has been moved back a couple weeks which is hopefully a good thing. I appreciate all the input, my plan is to not have a plan as far as which lake to fish, I will do like BRM's suggesting, see what lake is hot. What would really be helpful is if I had some recommended bait shops close to each of the lakes. It would give me a source for minnows and possibly any up to date information on the bite when I buy the minnows. I hope to repay with information to anyone coming to the Nashville area, we don't get em as big up here but you can get into some good stringers.
Have a great day,
Ray
Grenada-- Lakeway bait shop
Sardis--The Dam Store
Enid--don't remember the name, but I stop on Hwy 51 just south of the Pope exit off 55, I usually get them in advance at the Dam Store at Sardis tho.
Butla--Tadpoles
There are a few others also, but these are the most used ones.
