    Default The best

I have the Toggs and the Guide Wear. No comparison. Guide Wear from Cabela's is the way to go. The Toggs are OK for light summertime showers when you don't mind getting a bit wet anyway. The 100 mph stuff is also nice. My Guide Wear is insulated and way to hot for warmer temps.

I do have the newer Toggs jacket and it's a lot better than their cheaper stuff. I think they call it TOADZ.

BamaS talks about the artic armor, I think they would need to be checked out also before you pull the trigger!
I have the Arctic Armor and they are great and insulated also. The would double for a life jacket if the COE would ever check them out. They will float you.

I just returned a pair of Columbia Insulated Omni bibs. they were probably 12 yrs old. The leg zipper was broke and the suspenders were worn out. Columbia sent me a NEW pair. So I was impressed with their CS. And they kept me dry when hunting. Just thought I would throw that out there.

Ok, I'm gonna add a comment here, fished in some pretty bad weather yesterday in our tourney on Grenada. Wore a set of Toggs Toads rain gear. Rained all day and cold hard wind. Not a drop of water got inside them but they are not as BigRiver said for that kind of weather. Would be great in milder weather but not so much in cold. Shame on me because I sure wasn't dressed for it either. I am sure if I had long johns or a sweatshirt and sweat pants on it would have been better. Another negative on them for me is the fly is set to high and you to take the jacket off in the rain to get the bib's low enough to take care of business.

Saturday was a good field test, I was not wet till we started in and took a swell over the bow. The wetness yall saw on me was the result of the water that went in my hood I had on and then down my back, up until then I was good other than my knees where my bibs are worn.

My new Frogg Toggs TOADZ jacket did good on this last trip. First time I'd used it. My rear end got wet in their cheaper pants tho. It was chilling. The best
