Not true. All brands have issues, but I've only had a few in my career with them. They handle those issues as well as anyone. Most online complaints are from people wanting special attention, and not being very reasonable. Some want you to drop everything for them. It's hard to please those kind no matter what.

Understand wholeheartedly, that's why I said I had no first hand knowledge, only read what was posted, and and he could research himself and draw his own conclusions. And I believe most complaints are actually dealer dilemmas they are passing off to customer being factory issue to avoid having to deal with it. Dealer support to me is worth more than most brand names.
