Okatibbee creek runs north/south mainly and you can pick it up say 100 yds out from Collinsville ramp and generally it goes south to the first pole out from the corp HQ landing, just head south from Collinsville landing and if they are on the creek you can pick some up. But if they are not on the creek and most of the time of year now they will not be strong move over to the east 200/300 yds and head back north to Collinsville ramp and repeat moving over 200/300 yds each time. General guidelines, usually in the hot summer they seem to just follow the schools of shad more than staying on stumps on the creek but this is fishing so you know how it goes. So far they have not got on a strong flats summer pattern and are very scattered, YMMV. Maybe Scott will come on with his thoughts.
