    Default Free bait month!!!!!

Guess what's on crappies menus this month for free lunch? cicada bugs..... so scoop up a bag or so off the water or ground before going out on the lake this morning and get yourself some of crappies favorite summer food,,,, Cicadas! That's right, I said Cicada bugs,,,,, Them creepy sounding bugs that even light up under water, are all over the water right now,,, so stickem on a jig and sendem down to the depths of hell for some delicious crappie...They work great and they' re absolutely free,,,,

Chickens will eat anything. We caught a mouse in a live trap and my animal loving wife wanted to let it go.....so we did. Dang chickens had that thing caught, torn in half, and gone in seconds! We only have 12 chickens and we feed em daily. They are still opportunistic feeders for sure.

These aren't the same large green ones we have every year. They are smaller and orange. They add a hum to the woods and block the interstate noise.
All of the ones I see have a head, wings and legs, no body.
