I prefer not to idle a 2 stroke that much.
Hitched up, now packing the truck. Will soon be turning south towards Enid. Excited to see and meet some of y'all this week.
Getting ready to start my packing list. What is in the works for Saturday? What should we bring? Are adult beverages allowed where we are gathering? Do you have an idea of how many are coming? I know, lots of questions! Gonna get to Sardis Wednesday afternoon. Anyone gonna be out on the lake that evening?
Saturday everyone can fish till they get tired and then we can gather up at the pavilion on the point past the State Park Office any time after 12. I think I have plenty of fork, knives and stuff, plates, cups.
Will start a food list and folks can bring what they want. I will smoke a couple of butts and may do some bacon too for fresh blts, will see about that.
As far as adult beverages, keep it in a cup and don't throw your empties in THEIR garbage cans and you should be fine. Oh, don't be acting like no fool and no one will bother you anyway!!!!:Rofl
Thinking about bringing a freezer for some ice cream too, couple of us could do that and bet it will be good.
