As we get closer to February/March I've found that the best inline spinner for Southern waters I've fished is the one by Joe's Flies. Put a size 4 split shot 1.5 feet from inline spinner then cast and slow retrieve. Crappie, bull bluegill and marsh bass love them in the closing month of winter.
