    Be better at that location than around by your house, wonder about the cabin they had they rent????
    Gas will be another pain, pumps aren't a prob as most companies will provide them but buying it is the issue. Pretty much pay on the front end and gas prices move so much its hard to stay in the black on it if you don't pump a good bit of fuel.
