kept a couple of bream for the family cat. usually put them in a bag in the freezer. Came back from a trip to the keys one time and had left the bag on the kitchen table. Odiferous.

I wash my minnow buckets out twice a year with the soap and clorox. Just wash it out good and let dry. It hasn't bothered mine.

The more you rinse the colrox the more you dilute it so by the time your thru and let it set out for a while it has evaporated.
