    Nice catch! them things sure are fun on ultra lite!I fillet some if I have a bunch and bake them at 350 for a few minutes on each side and crumble them in a bowl, with mayo, celery, onion, pickle relish,and put it on Ritz crackers.Bream salad! Fried whole, they awesome!
