Is the main ramp useable?
Biggest crappie to date is 3 lb 9 oz at grenada in 1988. Still hangs on my wall.

Doubt it, heck Coontown is still down in the dirt where they are unloading.

There is only 2 ramps at hurricane. Last ramp is usable. Just idle out about 1/4 mile then take off.
can a pontoon launch there ?
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Yes you can
Thanks. I fished around the Indian mound Saturday but I put in at pats bluff. And was wondering how deep it was at the ramp.

Don't think I'd try to launch a pontoon there right now.

I am headed back in the morning but I'll put in at pats bluff again or clear creek. I ain't putting in at hurricane until the main ramp is good to go.
