Lol nahhhh. I did have a big ole boy fishing with me and I take on water when he's in the boat. He's 275 n can bench press a Buick plus his 100 lb tackle box, cooler of drinks n 25 rods adds up. I do crank up the bilge bout 5 minutes before we take off lol just gets me that when I rev it up its perfect. Them I put it in gear n n rev it, it's fine but on the lKe under a real load, you floor it and it tKes it's time getting going. No oomp from a dead stop and you floor it

I had one years ago that did that and it ended up being the thing the wire runs from to yur plug . Name just escapes me right now . It would run great without a load on it . Some guy smarter than me found it . I just know some extra water want let it plan out to quickly .

Thanks man. Been there done that on to much water. Mine was out at a reef bout 3 miles off shore and it wouldn't plane out. Bilge had quit and I didn't know it. Scared the crap out of me. I had to pull the plug on the boat and gas it to pull the water out, then stop n put it back in real quick back at the ramp.
