    Default Rapala shad raps

Anyone trolled them ? I picked up a few from the discount bin at bps for 2.99 each. A couple were jointed. I figured I would drag them around Sardis after the spawn and see what happens.

Should work just fine. Good price on them. Did they have much of a color selection?

These were at the bottom. The ones I got were chrome and chrome and blue or pink. Most of the cranks were the bps brand. Got a few of them also. This was when they were having seminars weekend before last.

I went in there for the flicker shad they had on sale with rebate. Not much of a selection and when I got to the register the guy says these are pro shad flickers. Whatever, it was all they had so I passed on them.
    Thanks Cray

I just bought several jointed shad raps myself. I think they are jsr 5s. An older couple back in the late 1970's early 80's were pulling what they called a jointed spot and were lighting the crappie up. I bought these because if my memory is correct they are very similar to the old jointed spot.

I troll the jointed 5's a lot. They work great.

Storm has a newer bait that's very similar to the Flicker Shad. It's called the Smash Shad and comes in all the sizes like the Flickers. They have some cool color combos too!!!!!
