    The CMC jack plate is non adjustable.
    We only sell the Best. Ranger, Xpress, Yamaha, Suzuki, Tohatsu.

    Think they offer a 4 inch set back as well, at least they did. BRM hit the nail on the head, don't give up your adjustability of the plate you already have.

    Fix the factory stuff...A friend of mine owns a marine shop and we are able to repair some trim pumps just by cleaning up and resealing the motors.If not there are reman units.

    I agree. Fix the factory unit and keep your adjustable jack plate.

    Get a new ranger

    Stay with original equipment if you can. If you change equipment you may change the set back which would require new steering cable length. If you change the jack plate the same thing and may change the vertical height of the mounted motor which could cause your motor to cavitate. Been there done that.
