The spawn on the Rez last two months. My point being there is allot of water out there to cover and learn. Now take Grenada for example. In the spring the water is around 205 you know where the fish will be. In the summer you catch fish pulling cranks in front of the damn. Sure there are other spots but you can rule out allot of water depending on level and season. That doesn’t happen on the Rez. That’s why I think it’s harder to fish than the big four.
I believe grenada is the largest lake in the state, if I'm not mistaken. Also, I've NEVER had any luck close to the dam on grenada, lol. I like fishing the rez in the summer, single pole jigging the old lake beds. To me, a stable water level year round would make a lake easier to fish.........just my 2 cents worth.
