Wall-Mart in the hair care section. About $1 for 12. Clip em where ever you need em on the pole to transport, unclip em and stick em in your pocket while fishing. Takes a couple of seconds each to re-apply them when moving......

THis is what I use, always on the poles then when I am fishing just clip em on the trolling rig. But I use bottom rigs more than c and c style so that's why I use em.
