What the heck are you talking about? I've been duck hunting and haven't caught a fish in over a month.

I actually was defending our little buddy. Every body needs to be BIG sometimes. :-)

We all pick at him for being small. I thought I would be different about it.

Way to go Mike. So far it's been a learning experience for us. New lake & methods. But were having fun trying.

Drove down yesterday and took a look around. Counted 6 boats. 2 by the damn. 2 out in the middle. 1 down out from Clear creek. 1 in the marina area. Wind was blowing but water didn't look too bad though. Spillway was flowing good since the rain jumped the lake up above rule. Not one person was fishing spillway until after I pulled up. Talked to a guy taking his boat out at lower lake and had caught 1 fish all morning long. Looks like the lake will start rising looking at the rule curve. You'd think with that much water out and all those fish hemmed up they'd be easier to catch--but then again maybe all the bait fish are hemmed up along with them.
