    Got invited to Grenada crappie crankbait fishing!!!! Loved it!!! Trying to apply this tech to my home lakes of Greers Ferry,norfork and Bull Shoals!!! Need a good crankbait storage system!!!Lots of sharp hooks!! and about how many cranks do you carry on a fishing trip!!!! Thanks again

    I use Plano storage boxes, go ahead and buy the good ones that latch on three sides. Also I only carry about 6-8 different colors just the basics, awesome pink, black, chartreuse, Grenada shad, royal shad, and pearl

    I just posted on the lure building forum. Short answer is special-mate box.

    For a new to me lake, I will bring close 400 cranks. Mostly to bring different brand/sizes, plus all the colors. Now, if I already know the depths that the crappie are being caught, I can drop down to 150 or so in one or two brand/sizes.

    Both are good but prefer the special mate boxes myself. Get the spinner bait one, holds more just leave a space every fifth notch.
