I could be wrong but I think it makes a difference.Single poling and spiderrigging I only use clear and I have seen it make a difference. Now pulling cranks it has to be hivis. But if the fish are biting you can use trot line.JMO

I agree i use it and all i do is single pole . I don't think it bothers the bite at all . But is a big advantage seeing the bite .
CATCH THEM ALL.

Single pole mafia
I'm not sure if the fish can see it but it sure helps when tying on jigs with my bad eyes.

Never used it. Would not use it single poling. U may get a new pole before u put glowing line on there. I can feel em breath with my pole. Btw, I know the line doesn't glow but it sure is bright
It's all I use. Pushing pulling jigging. Same line 15lb envy green. Works great.
I use Stren hi-vis Gold for spider rigging. I use Stren lo-vis green for single poling but a lot of my single poling is done in clear backwater areas of the river.

I thought that myself so I use 8Lb. hi Vis. with a 6Ft. 6Lb. clear leader on all my poles. Helps increase my confidence level if nothing else.
I use it trolling. I still use clear single poling. Just a confidence thing.
I use the 12lb fluorescent hi viz line from P-Line. It doesn't fade like the other stuff, and it's strong. I tie my own rigs with 10-12lb Silver Thread AN40 Silver (clear). It's a co polymer line with a smaller diameter than it's rating.
