    Do not overlook shallow shallow water at Grenada, sounds crazy but I have caught them in the winter jigging in 2 or 3 foot of water, and they were gooduns.

    Try some smaller jigs or minnows....Lots of times they just want a light snack when it's cold.

    I don't know what its like there in sippi, but here in Illinois when the bite slows down or almost stops all together, the best way to get the fish to bite is just hold your jig as still as possible. When the fish gets cold, they get inactive and don't want to have to chase a jigging bait.

    BH, its worth a try sorta matches what all the guys have told me about trolling. "When you think you're going slow, slow down some more".
