I done it when I was around 18 YRS. old an caught the fool out of fish for about an hour and out of nowhere a game warden pulled up , walked past 15 other people fishing till he got to me, stopped stood beside me for a min. or 2 and ask me if the fish were biting then he wanted to see my bait, I showed him a good size treble hook with a weight about a FT. under it and told him thy were biting this real good. Next thing I knew he told me the best thing for me to do was get in my car and leave, I didn't ask him why I didn't think I was doing any thing wrong, but anyway I felt It better to leave but It was fun while it lasted a fish every cast.
