    Are the crappie max poles the same as the old walley marshal tight line specials? If so that's what I started with years ago, but now use BnM pst's

    I don't believe the hi-vis is much of a factor with our dingy water
    The two best times to fish (when it's raining & when it aint). Proud member of team GitDaFeeshGrease

    That's what I was told by tbe BPS sales person. I've now got two of them and really like them for trolling. They yard a crappie in the boat real good. I plan on using them with spinning reels and 4 or 6 pound mono if we are lucky enough to find crappie in the shallow buck bushes this spring.
