ScottV sent you a pm.
I even push off the back when the fish are deeper than you can get a Bandit down to. I was catching them at 25ft. one day and with 150ft. of line out I could not get the bait deep enough. I added 3oz. weight to the line a short 2ft. leader and dropped the weight down to the depth I needed it and pushed off the back of the boat! Here's 1 pic of a 13" fish that was caught that way!

Another thing in gonna try. Since Steve just had knee surgery and I'm still a little wobbly, I'm gonna start pulling off of the front of the boat, like I used to. On my shortest pole I'm gonna use a 2 oz weight so that line will be pulled down out of the way. It will make turning easier too cause the line will be going under the motor. Sorta Carolina rig pushing. Lol
