Default one last time...was sardis rolling yesterday?

For me it was a little tough. Couldn't fish where I caught them last week. Mouth of clear creek east to coon town. Had to go over to the protected side. Caught 26 from 12-15 inches with 3 keeper catfish along with 6-8 throwbacks that measured 11 but too close to risk the warden measuring differently. 7-8 cigar sized catfish and 3-4 crappie that were too small. Any color worked but black, black bubblegum and Grenada shad caught 5-6 each. Pink got 3-4 and mad cow a few. Basically in 28-29 feet of water anything worked. Shallower say 19-22 little action. Lots of fish marked right off beach point but didn't try...we were heading in with more than enough fish. Boy, I've fished from Canada to Florida and Sardis is one of the best based on 2 trips. Lol One of these trips will be a bust but til then I am sold on it. Decent warden checked us on way out. Hope he doesn't learn from the army wardens!!
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.

If you have to ask, no it wasn't "rolling". You'll know when it is.

    Congrats on a good day.

I've seen it rolling. Several bass boats swamped and broken up. Just to me it seemed a little rough for easy fishing. Wish I would have been there when they were really biting.

I am sure it was pretty tuff on the South bank but when its at its worst is with a SW or NE wind, uns the whole coarse of the lake and becomes a monster!!!!!!!

I am going to blame it on all of those 6 and a half spined female black crappie.........they will churn the water up lol One way or the other....its specks fault
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Was a bit tough for spider rigging on the south side but not pulling cranks. Very seldom is it set right for "easy" fishing where u want to fish imo
