    I have a 115hp four stroke. I think I will pass on trolling with it. LOL

    Put a troll plate on it and the four strokes are the best there are for the job.

    If you don't want to use a trolling plate, you can hang an 18" drift sock off each side and it will slow ya down to 1.5 or so. You can adjust the throttle from there. I do this when I use my main engine, and have done it with up to the 200 I have now. It works best if you have a No Feed Back helm so the engine can't turn the helm. I use my Terrova to steer the boat.
