Sardis is the reason Sardis has so much pressure. Instead of road rage we got lake rage fishing tree to tree or stake bed to stake bed. But that's the fun part watching guys cut each other off from fishing holes. I saw a guy drop his kid off in a stake bed that was holding fish the boy was cold all he had on was shorts. The man and the other boy took the boat to another bed before another approaching boat could jig it. The boy that was freezing didn't catch anything he was trying to stay warm. They finally picked him up. Makes people do crazy stuff. Only in Mississippi.

Might need to get a pole holder for 3.

I got an idea! Just wear a blinder or keep 1 eye closed while you fish!If 1 eye gets tired switch to the other!Or just what Game and Fish want is go somewhere else like Enid!

Ask the question again around middle of May. You can get a limit at Sardis now with one rod. Think we'll not be real happy with the three pole limit after the spawn.

On a positive note, we'll get less tangles when we start pulling cranks.

I will ask again. But I already know the answer. This is hands down the best spring I've had on Sardis in 12 years of fishing. I've only caught 1 10 inch fish and 2 11 1/2 inch fish. This lake has turned over to big fish. All thanks to the 12 inch rule. This year will be one to remember. Iam glad they lowered the creel and pole. Hope it helps and maintains for a good while. Last few years have been well worth the wait. They bring that size back up to 12 inch and everyone should be happy for a good while.
