    The label says the RV filter should last about 3 months depending on how bad the water is. The plastic outside case is sealed so I guess its disposable.

    3 months of constant use I would imagine. Should last quite awhile just doing minners occasionally.

    I used a 3/4" drill bit and put a garden hose gasket on each side of the trash can wall.
