You can use the stuff in the can. Have a board to float it out like concrete if needed. Try not to have to bust the finish, that's where water will get into it.

K David is correct on the pour in type, it is the best, but if ya want a little less cost I have subfloored a boat with the pink type that is used in building houses. It is pretty water proof also. I think its made by owens corning.
