hotrod1; nowhere in this thread, your post excepted, does anyone mention someone being racist. The people that resent out-of-state fishermen are not racist. How in the world do you associate the two. As you say, each angler is permitted to travel with 7 daily limits. If you have personal knowledge of people that are having someone else come and take their catch and then keep fishing, you should be calling and reporting this and helping stop it. May I point out that IF this is occurring, the perpetrators are more than likely residents as non-residents are away from home and friends would be too far away to accomplish this.![]()

Sorry for not being politically correct on how I feel about out of state fishermen. Should have said no hater here for those guys. Yes they take limits home with them when they go back home and there buddies stay at the campground and fish camps. It's also legal to catch your limit every day and transport 7 limits every day so why wouldn't they do it. It's legal. I would like to see a 2 limit total on transporting. Hope that was politically correct enough.
What race are they?
Also Ar is an hour away Tn is thirty minutes away and Al is an hour and fifteen minutes away Mo is two hours away. So it's not as far as you think from sardis that is almost forgot to mention that part wouldn't want to offend anyone's travel times.
I think we should limit the number of residents allowed to fish the big 4 since they keep far more fish every year than OSS'ers. That leaves more for our buddies to haul home while we are camping there. I'M JOKING!!! DON'T GET YOUR PANTIES IN A WAD!!!

Let me correct you, sir. It IS NOT LEGAL to transport 7 limits every day. Read the regs. Each angler in the vehicle may transport 7 daily limits. Not 7 limits daily. As far as Tennessee or Arkansas fishermen are concerned; I could eat Porterhouse steak for what it would cost to drive to any of the big 4 and pick up crappie. FYI it cost me at least $100 for gas every time I come to Senatobia. I come down there because I enjoy they folks that I fish with, whether I catch a boatload of fish or not. From your post I take it that you lump everyone in the campgrounds in one big conspiratorial group. If one camper goes home, why do you feel that everyone else quit fishing? Political correctness has nothing to do with it. I can believe that you are not a hater. However; I feel that you do have a problem with out-of-state anglers.
The out of staters aren't doing anything different than the locals which by the way fish it year round. I don't think they are better fishermen than the locals either, so how are they taking so many more fish? They pay their taxes just like we all do, so let em fish. A cheater is a cheater, I don't care what state they live in. I bet lots of the locals double dip quite a bit, and that's just as bad!!!! I catch what fish I want and put the rest back. We can only eat so many, why take home more!!! The bass guys figured this out decades ago!!! Just cause you catch em, doesn't mean you gotta fillet em. PUT SOME BACK!!!! They look purdy on the tailgate, but you can only kill em once.
BTW, if you need em take em. I'm not saying throw em all back, just what you don't need. If you are lucky enough to be able to fish on a daily, or regular basis, no way can you eat all you can catch.
