The law doesn't allow an AYCE limit for BigH, or me either for that matter!

I am sorry, but I just do not believe the problem we have at Sardis is due to a bad spawn. I think it is supply and demand. The supply is running short of the demand. I have fished there for over 30 years and the numbers of those fishing continues to rise each year. More people from out of state, more during the pre-spawn through the post spawn and many more trollers and I shed no negative light on any group. To each his own! Like it or not, we need a reduced limit, we need a season on trolling, we need a lower limit on boats with more than three people in them. We need management and conservation to continue this as a great place to fish. Looks like to me if the Corp would raise the water level all this conversation would be a mute point, the bass fishing would get back to a point you would actually see people bass fishing there again like you did in the 70's and the crappie in their own management and conservation would take care of business for us. If we all and I mean all began to talk to our congressmen and women, all the folks that come to the big 4, we might begin to see the Corp have more of a listening ear rather than a kiss my butt attitude on the water level.

I am not a tease! I have other things to do! But to answer your question I fish at Sardis all the time, live 1 mile from Hurricane Landing. Maybe I will see some of you out there this spring.
