I ordered four line counter reels from Franks on 1-12-10, they said that they were backordered, but I called them today and they couldn't give me a date to expect delivery and didn't return my call with the details. I e-mailed them and told them to cancel my order(was too late to phone). Next, I went on line to Northwoods and couldn't get there stinking web site to take my password!! Even tried to start over but kept getting the message that my e-mail address was already listed. Finally phoned them & they couldn't even take my order until tomorrow morning. I love new tech stuff, but this is beginning to get my goat!! Trying to spend this economy back into a recovery by myself but they won't let me!

Ain't it a dadgummed bummer when you want to buy something and nobody will sell it to ya.....sheeeesh!
