Jeff and I took off from Michigan on Wednesday mid-morning, a day early, to beat the snow that was moving in. We drove in heavy rain in Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee but made it to Atlanta safe and sound. We'll be here through Monday then head to Louisiana to work on my sons house.

Thursday I got to baby sit for Isla and we had a great day having tea parties and hanging out in her play house. It was still rainy so we couldn't spend much time outdoors.

Friday was sunny but chilly but we threw a jacket and hat on Isla and took her to the nature center. We had a blast playing on the slides and swings then took a walk along the stream that flows through the center. Throwing sticks in the water and watching them disappear downstream was big fun. We even found a koi pond and got to watch the orange fish swim around.

Today I'm going to tag along to Isla's swim class and then smoke a pork butt for dinner.

Here's a few pictures of our day at the park.Name: IMG_20200214_103718449_HDR.jpg
