Not only has the rain been a big problem, I came home yesterday to a basement with 4” of water in it. Sump pump failed on us!

Quick call to my insurance lady and I began the pumping and drying out process. Luckily I spent 6 agonizing months working for a company that did this kind of service.

I got the pumps going then Judy and I began tearing up carpet/laminate flooring throwing out damaged items etc., waiting on a dumpster so everything is being put out on the concrete approach until one becomes available.
