Steve, just a small suggestion for a southerner who has been through several flood. Be sure to spray any would that was wet that is not being replaced with a mold spray. We treated my daughters house with a spray from Home Depot after stripping the walls to 48.5 inches. During that flood event 3 years ago over 150,000 homes and business were effected. You could not rebuild until it was determined that it was treated for mold. Anyway the stuff was fairly cheap and really worked good. Comes in spray bottles.
