Thread: More D'arbonne fish pictures

Got out today right at daylight, about 6:30. I didn't get bit until 7:30 and for about 45 minutes they were slamming my shiners. I ended the first flurry with 6, all good, solid fish, and missed almost that many. After that it was over three hours before I got bit again, other than a big goo(drum) that fought like a tiger. I had to be off the water by 12:30 or so, I promised my son I would do a beef roast for dinner, and about 12:15 the bite turned on again. I caught 4 fish in the next 15 minutes and when I put my rods away at 12:30 they were still biting. I ended up with 10 and the size was better than yesterday. Made it home in time to get dinner in the oven and get a few chores done before we ate.
