After running some errands yesterday with Michelle she wanted to do a little fishing. I had mentioned to Sparty wanting to do an evening fish. But we all make "sacrifices"....I hooked up the boat and off we went to try our luck on Morrison...what a beautiful day with very little wind. We started long line trolling and managed 10 Crappie before the bite shut off. We swithched to working the shoreline with a little meat under a bobber and found 8 or so nice gills but few and far between bites. Michelle suggested an end of the lake I normally don't fish so we ran down and attempted..different views but same results..few bites..I suggested we try a little more long linning on the way back to the launch..Michelle jumped on the troller..well, it was like a battle ship avoiding torpedoes..both of us laughing probably didn't help either..we headed home happy to have caught a few and spend time together. Now comes the "sacrifice" part..called Sparty and he was still up for the evening. But that's his story to share....Name: 7566.jpeg
