What a day. I got new tires put on at 7 am, then it was up to Dawsonville to go to a pumpkin farm. I love the way the new tires ride and handle! We shopped for pumpkins for a couple of hours, finally choosing one that must weigh 70 pounds, one with acne and one that's normal for around 100.00. Came back and put some ribs on the smoker and I'm ready to pull them off in a few minutes. Went looking for a brisket for tomorrow but almost 8.00 a pound scared us off. Instead, I'm smoking a corned beef brisket then will finish it tomorrow and have it with cabbage, carrots, onions and taters. Hope it turns out as good as it sounds.
