Sitting here wondering when & what I would do for the day, since it’s major cruddy out.

Then thought to myself, a week ago today, Steve, Jerry, & I were Walleye fishing......

Then like a lighting bolt it hit me......

Walleye for Lunch & Dinner, with a side of Skillet Mac & Cheese.

Going to be a good day after all......
