If I was going to give somebody a starting point.... South of LEMP in Lake Erie (North of Fermi).

Start along the bank in about 12 feet of water and troll out towards deeper water. You will hit a series of rock pile humps. Water will drop to about 16 foot and then come up to 12. The front side and the back side of those humps is were you "might" just find those big females walleye's getting ready to spawn.

Our favorite bait for this area: Standard color Size 9 flicker minnow (Blue Smelt).
