It’s a custom 18 foot insulated door, the one Spring is not enough to lift it.

One could say it’s almost Becky Heavy...........

Won't lift it but might take some weight off so it could be lifted by hand if you need to get it open. If not leave it how it is. What brand door is it? I can get parts from the Wayne Dalton warehouse same day. They should have that spring in stock.

    Ideal Door.

I have a couple of places to check here in GR.

Some place should have them local I would think.

I will. Heck them Monday, if no luck, I’ll give you a call.

If still no luck call Marty at MT Door Service. I’ve been subcontracting Marty for 20 years.

I quit installing them when a Torsion spring let loose and did 47,000 turns on my left thumb. Still have the thumb and a scar as a constant reminder.

Coffee made and the thermos filled. Gathering up all my warm clothes so I can meet Steve for a fishing trip. Weather woman says it's 23 degrees with a brisk 10 mph east wind. Hopefully the Fall Guide of the Year can work some magic in the spring, too.

Water temp was 39, no warmer water anywhere. Marked fish suspended 10-15 feet down over 25 fow and put minnows and red worms in front of them with no luck. Nothing in the shallows. We did do a lot of scouting and at noon pulled up to the dock at an on water bar, went in to warm up and had a awesome mushroom swiss burger.
