Yeah, I’ll go with you. $5.75 is cheap entertainment!
I’ll admit it....I was carrying on the gift of gab.....it may have got me a new Polebarn project, a remodel and maybe a new house to build.

The Spin-wondereel 1735 is worth around 30.00.
After a week, we are finally hooked back up to the internet. We got rid of the landline, seems 99% of the calls were solicitors and political calls anyway.
AT&T guy hooked everything up Friday afternoon and I just powered up the laptop, So now I can watch some of my favorite Youtube channels again. Richard Gene, Deer Meat for Dinner, Into the Blue, Fishing 411, The Next Bite and Living the Keys life.....no more regular TV, seems like all that is, is commercials and political ads......I see a pattern here. No Commercials more fishing! :Rofl
I looked up the date code on the Shakespeare, it was probably made around 1958. 60 years old and it still works like it should. I think I'll put some new line on it and use it next time we go crappie fishing.
Rich got me thinking. I'm going to watch for a Wonderod to go with my Wondereel and catch some fish on an old school set up. I'm thinking that place in Lake Odessa where we hit the garage sale last time may have one, shoot, he had 100 old rods, chances are there's one in there I need. I can let you use something from the walls of the Beats-a-Tent if you want to have a vintage fishing day. There's plenty to choose from.
We couldn't make it for the spring gathering this year, is their going to be a fall outing this year?
There is going to be a fall gathering but, like last fall, it will be less structured. No prizes or fund raisers, maybe a fishing contest but maybe not. Nobody has volunteered to host it so date and location are up in air. Some said Waffle Farm again and others mentioned going back to Houghton Lake.
