And I'm ready for Aiden, I have a bunch of new material in my act. Now if we only had ice.

Hate to say it--but its going to be close to 80 here today. Just got back from going fishing with Slab (Ed] we got 16 Crappie, a Bass, and a Stripper. He took us on Griffin Lake, fun time. Will post pictures after lunch. Were meeting Yankee Doodler, Carol, and Ed at the Oakwood BBQ. Haven't seen any shovels around here.

Ribs sound good. I think I'll throw a couple slabs in the smoker Thursday for the Spartans bowl game. Sweet potatoes, mac and cheese and home made applesauce to go with it. Thanks for the idea, G.

Weather reports looking favorable for next couple of weeks. I think we'll be fishing by the new year. If not here, then up around Stanton. Time to drop the portable out of the rafters and charge up the Vex. I made an adapter for my 6" auger so I can use my cordless drill two years ago and am excited to get it on the ice to see how it works.

I drill way too many holes to use electric. I'm the "Drill 400 holes before I start fishing" guy! If I brought my chainsaw, I would connect them all and then troll!

Brisk walk along side of all the connected holes? Ride my side by side next to the holes and hold the rod? Sit in a little sled with my rod while someone pulls me on the quad?
